What golf club fitting costs in Singapore (and what you get)

Search for what a golf fitting costs in Singapore and you get a lot of pages that never quite say. “Prices on enquiry.” “Contact us for a quote.” We think that’s the wrong way round, so here are our numbers up front, plus an honest note on the jobs we can’t put a single price on.

We’re an independent studio. We don’t sell one brand’s clubs, so we’ve no reason to bury the fitting fee inside a sale you didn’t ask for. You pay for the fitting, you own the result, and you can take it anywhere.

Why fitting prices are hard to find

There are a few reasons a price stays off the page. Some places treat the fitting as a loss leader and make the money back on the clubs, so the fee only makes sense once you’re buying from them. Some tie their fitting to a single brand and don’t want you comparing. And some simply price on the day, reading the room before they read your swing.

None of that helps you plan. So we do the opposite. The three prices below are fixed and published, and the work we can’t fix a single price to, we say so plainly and quote once we’ve seen it.

What a fitting costs here

Three published prices. A short analysis to work out what you actually need, and two full fittings, one each for the driver and woods and the irons.

The SGD 50 analysis is the low-commitment way in. It reads your swing and your current bag on the launch monitor and tells you honestly whether your problem is the swing or the gear, before you spend on either. Each full fitting is SGD 150 and runs 90 minutes, one club category at a time, so a driver fitting and an irons fitting are two separate sessions.

Prices shown are the four we publish. Standalone jobs like MOI matching on its own, gapping or a reshaft are quoted per job, see below.

What’s actually included

The fee isn’t just for the time. Here’s what a SGD 150 fitting buys:

• A fitter, start to finish. Ian runs the whole session. He is a golf professional and club fitter, and you get him for the full 90 minutes, not a rotation of staff.
• The launch monitor. Every change is measured, not guessed. A typical fitting is 120+ swings, so the numbers settle rather than riding on one good hit.
• One golfer at a time. By appointment only, Tue–Sat, no walk-ins and no shared bays. The session is yours.
• An unbiased recommendation. Because we’re independent, the answer is what your numbers say, across brands, not what anyone’s paid to move.
• A spec you keep. You walk out knowing exactly what fits you. Irons are MOI matched so the whole set feels like one club, not thirteen different ones.

What the fee doesn’t include is the clubs themselves. If you go on to a build, the heads, shafts and grips are a separate cost that depends on what the fitting shows you need.

Why some work is “quoted per job”

Standalone jobs, MOI matching on its own, gapping, lie and loft adjustment, a reshaft, a regrip, general equipment optimisation, don’t get a fixed price on this page. That’s deliberate, and it’s the honest choice, not a coy one.

The reason is simple: there’s no single true number. Reshafting one wedge is a different job from reshafting a full set. MOI matching depends on how many clubs you bring and their condition. Gapping and lie work vary the same way. If we published one price, it would be wrong for most people who read it, either too high for the small job or too low for the big one.

Is it worth the money?

Honest answer: it depends where your game is losing shots. If your swing is fairly repeatable and your clubs were never checked, or every iron feels a little different, the equipment is probably the thing holding you back, and that’s exactly what a fitting reaches. Many players find it removes a miss they’d quietly learned to play around.

We won’t promise you a set number of strokes or metres. Nobody honestly can, and anyone who does is guessing. What we can say is that a fitting is mostly a one-time fix, once your lie, shaft, length and set consistency are right, they stay right, where lessons are an ongoing spend.
