Booking FAQ

A few things worth knowing.

How soon can I get in?
The calendar runs three afternoon slots a day — 2pm, 3.30pm and 5pm — and there are usually openings inside the week. Same-day slots open occasionally on cancellations.
Can I book an evening fitting?
Not through the calendar — 5pm is the last slot you can book yourself. Anything later we arrange by hand: text the studio on 8396 6344 and we’ll work out a time with you.
Do I pay before the fitting?
Yes. Paying is what confirms the slot, so you pay when you book rather than on the day — PayNow or card, whichever suits. Plans change, though: you can move the date yourself from your account, right up to your slot, and what you’ve paid carries straight over at no extra cost. Cancelling outright isn’t refunded, so postpone rather than cancel — see our cancellation policy.
Can I bring someone?
To watch, yes — viewing seat available, launch monitor is on a big screen, no charge for spectators. Let us know at booking so we set up a chair. What we can’t do is fit two people in one slot: a session is one golfer, and splitting it would halve the time each of you gets on the monitor. If you both want to be seen, book two slots.
What’s the difference between the 30-minute analysis and a fitting?
The analysis is an assessment, not a fitting. Thirty minutes reading your swing and the clubs already in your bag, so you leave knowing whether the problem is you or the gear. You won’t hit demo heads or shafts and you won’t leave with a build spec. A fitting is 90 minutes, 120-plus swings, working through head, shaft, length, lie and loft against the numbers until there’s a spec worth building.
Cancellation policy

Plans change. You can postpone.

Cancel or move your fitting anytime from your account, right up to the appointment — cancelling frees the bay for the next golfer.

Once a fitting is paid for, cancelling it isn’t refunded. You’re not stuck, though: reschedule to any open slot instead and what you’ve paid carries straight over, as far ahead as you need and with no extra fee. If something genuinely out of the ordinary comes up, message the studio and we’ll work it out with you.
