New shafts to your spec, full set or one club. Re-grip with the size and brand you actually want, not what the shop happens to have on the shelf. Every regrip on a matched set includes a free MOI re-check on the Auditor scale.
A clean shaft pull and a careful regrip is the difference between a club that plays right and a club that plays around the workshop’s shortcuts. We do every step in-house: heat the hosel correctly so the head isn’t stressed, pull without scoring the shaft tip, fit with the right tolerance, glue, cut to your length, grip with even tension.
You like the head but the shaft is too stiff/whippy/heavy/light. Or a shaft cracked. Or you got a fitting recommendation that pointed at a specific shaft you don’t own yet. We carry the major lines in pulls (cheaper) and new (full-flex range). The fitting data drives the choice; we just install it cleanly.
Annually if you play often. More often if you sweat – Singapore humidity destroys grip rubber faster than the manufacturer’s 12-month rating. We re-measure your palm size when we regrip, in case your hand or your preference has changed. And we re-check MOI on the set if it was previously matched.
The hosel is heated to release the epoxy without warping the metal. Shaft pulled cleanly so the tip is reusable if needed. The head goes to the bench for inspection, polish, and any face/grooves work.
The new shaft is tip-prepped to the head’s hosel ID, glued with two-part epoxy, set to your spec for length. The cure happens overnight. No shortcuts. No surface glue that’ll release in three months.
Solvent or air-installed, depending on the grip. Tape thickness to your preferred build-up. Aligned, set straight. Then back to the Auditor scale – if the set was MOI-matched before, the new club is brought to the target.
Walk-in for a regrip (same day). Drop-off for a reshaft (3–5 working days). Either way, we’ll quote you in front of the bench.
